Part of something bigger
Our biggest ambition is to be able to offer our guests extraordinary experiences. Sportsmanship, professionalism, and teamwork are keywords that form the foundation stones for Idrættens Hus. We are under the same roof as Denmark's Sports Confederation, Team Denmark, Parasport Denmark, and 62 specialist associations, and thus Denmark's best athletes are part of the house. We are close when they struggle and experience success, and we learn from their passion, which we try to pass on in our daily work. We hope this is reflected when we welcome our guests every day. If we want to be the best, we must learn from the best - and every day we strive to improve our skills so that the meetings and conferences we host can create an extraordinary experience. With more than 2,500 square meters divided between rooms and sports halls, no event is too big or small with us.

Together with Fælleshaven.com, we have established a kitchen and vegetable garden in our atrium yard. Here, the chefs harvest salads and herbs, which are included in the menu. The availability of ready-to-harvest vegetables shapes the composition of the menu. It ensures all year round that the food is made in relation to the season and local production. In addition to cabbage, salads, and herbs, we also have berry bushes and perennials in our closed atrium gardens—measures we have taken to contribute to biodiversity.
